Ezekiel 1

In the thirtieth year, on the fifth day of the fourth month, while I was among the exiles by the River Kebar, the heavens opened and I saw visions of God.

Ezekiel 2

“Son of man,” He said to me, “stand up on your feet and I will speak to you.”

Ezekiel 3

“Son of man,” He said to me, “eat what you find here. Eat this scroll, then go and speak to the house of Israel.”

Ezekiel 4

“Now you, son of man, take a brick, place it before you, and draw on it the city of Jerusalem.

Ezekiel 5

“As for you, son of man, take a sharp sword, use it as a barber’s razor, and shave your head and beard. Then take a set of scales and divide the hair.

Ezekiel 6

And the word of the LORD came to me, saying,

Ezekiel 7

And the word of the LORD came to me, saying,

Ezekiel 8

In the sixth year, on the fifth day of the sixth month, I was sitting in my house, and the elders of Judah were sitting before me; and there the hand of the Lord GOD fell upon me.

Ezekiel 9

Then I heard Him call out in a loud voice, saying, “Draw near, O executioners of the city, each with a weapon of destruction in hand.”

Ezekiel 10

And I looked and saw above the expanse, above the heads of the cherubim, the likeness of a throne of sapphire.

Ezekiel 11

Then the Spirit lifted me up and brought me to the gate of the house of the LORD that faces east. And there at the entrance of the gate were twenty-five men. Among them I saw Jaazaniah son of Azzur and Pelatiah son of Benaiah, who were leaders of the people.

Then the word of the LORD came to me, saying,

Then the word of the LORD came to me, saying,

Ezekiel 14

Then some of the elders of Israel came and sat down before me.

Ezekiel 15

Then the word of the LORD came to me, saying,

Ezekiel 16

Again the word of the LORD came to me, saying,

Ezekiel 17

Now the word of the LORD came to me, saying,

Ezekiel 18

Then the word of the LORD came to me, saying,

Ezekiel 19

“As for you, take up a lament for the princes of Israel

Ezekiel 20

In the seventh year, on the tenth day of the fifth month, some of the elders of Israel came to inquire of the LORD, and they sat down before me.

Ezekiel 21

And the word of the LORD came to me, saying,

Ezekiel 22

Then the word of the LORD came to me, saying,

Ezekiel 23

Again the word of the LORD came to me, saying,

Ezekiel 24

In the ninth year, on the tenth day of the tenth month, the word of the LORD came to me, saying,

Ezekiel 25

Then the word of the LORD came to me, saying,

Ezekiel 26

In the eleventh month of the twelfth year, on the first day of the month, the word of the LORD came to me, saying,

Ezekiel 27

Then the word of the LORD came to me, saying,

And the word of the LORD came to me, saying,

Ezekiel 29

In the tenth year, on the twelfth day of the tenth month, the word of the LORD came to me, saying,

Ezekiel 30

Again the word of the LORD came to me, saying,

Ezekiel 31

In the eleventh year, on the first day of the third month, the word of the LORD came to me, saying,

Ezekiel 32

In the twelfth year, on the first day of the twelfth month, the word of the LORD came to me, saying,

Ezekiel 33

Again the word of the LORD came to me, saying,

Ezekiel 34

Then the word of the LORD came to me, saying,

Ezekiel 35

Moreover, the word of the LORD came to me, saying,

Ezekiel 36

“And you, son of man, prophesy to the mountains of Israel and say: O mountains of Israel, hear the word of the LORD.

Ezekiel 37

The hand of the LORD was upon me, and He brought me out by His Spirit and set me down in the middle of the valley, and it was full of bones.

Ezekiel 38

And the word of the LORD came to me, saying,

Ezekiel 39

“As for you, O son of man, prophesy against Gog and declare that this is what the Lord GOD says: Behold, I am against you, O Gog, chief prince of Meshech and Tubal.

Ezekiel 40

In the twenty-fifth year of our exile, at the beginning of the year, on the tenth day of the month—in the fourteenth year after Jerusalem had been struck down—on that very day the hand of the LORD was upon me, and He took me there.

Ezekiel 41

Then the man brought me into the outer sanctuary and measured the side pillars to be six cubits wide on each side.

Ezekiel 42

Then the man led me out northward into the outer court, and he brought me to the group of chambers opposite the temple courtyard and the outer wall on the north side.

Ezekiel 43

Then the man brought me back to the gate that faces east,

Ezekiel 44

The man then brought me back to the outer gate of the sanctuary that faced east, but it was shut.

Ezekiel 45

“When you divide the land by lot as an inheritance, you are to set aside a portion for the LORD, a holy portion of the land 25,000 cubits long and 20,000 cubits wide. This entire tract of land will be holy.

Ezekiel 46

“This is what the Lord GOD says: ‘The gate of the inner court that faces east must be kept shut during the six days of work, but on the Sabbath day and on the day of the New Moon it shall be opened.

Ezekiel 47

Then the man brought me back to the entrance of the temple, and I saw water flowing from under the threshold of the temple toward the east (for the temple faced east). The water was coming down from under the south side of the temple, south of the altar.

Ezekiel 48

“Now these are the names of the tribes: At the northern frontier, Dan will have one portion bordering the road of Hethlon to Lebo-hamath and running on to Hazar-enan on the border of Damascus with Hamath to the north, and extending from the east side to the west side.
