1KI 18:27

27 And it came to pass at tzohorayim, that Eliyahu mocked them, taunting, saying, Shout with a kol gadol [(loud voice)]; for he is a g-d; either he is meditating, or he is pursuing, or ki derech lo [(perhaps he had to travel, heʼs relieving himself)], or perhaps he sleepeth and must be awakened.
