36 I am this day fourscore shanah old; and can I discern between tov and rah? Can thy eved taste what I eat or what I drink? Can I hear any more the voice of sharim [(singing men)] and sharot [(singing women)]? Why then should thy eved be yet a massa [(burden)] unto adoni HaMelech?
