DAN 2:10

10 The Kasdim [(Chaldeans)] answered before the king, and said, There is not a man upon the earth that can show the kingʼs matter; therefore there is no melech, no matter how rav [(great)] or powerful, that asked such things of any magician, or enchanter, or Kasdai [(Chaldean)].
