14 And the next unto him was Karshena, Shetar, Admata, Tarshish, Meres, Marsena, and Memukhan, the shivat sarim [(princes)] of Persia and Media, which had access to HaMelech and which ranked rishonah [(highest)] in the Malkhut [(kingdom)];
