EZK 46:1

1 Thus saith Adonoi Hashem: The Sha'ar HeKhatzer HaPenimit that looketh toward the east shall be shut during the sheshet yemei hama'aseh [(the six days of labor)]; but on Shabbos it shall be opened, and in the yom of the Rosh Chodesh it shall be opened.
