28 For the Torah of Moshe Rabbeinu appoints Bnei Adam as Kohanim Gedolim, Bnei Adam with frailties, but the Dvar HaShevu'ah, which came later than the Torah of Moshe Rabbeinu, appoints HaBen who came to shleimut [(completeness)] l'Olam.
