ISA 52:1

1 Awake, awake; clothe thyself with thy strength, O Tziyon; put on thy garments of splendor, O Yerushalayim, Ir HaKodesh; for henceforth there shall no more come into thee the arel [(uncircumcised)] and the tameh [(unclean)].
