11 Hinei, Hashem hath proclaimed unto the ketzeh HaAretz [(end of the Earth)]: Say ye to Bat Tziyon, Hinei, thy Salvation cometh; hinei, His sachar [(reward)] is with Him, and His recompense before Him.
