ISA 66:19

19 And I will set an ot [(sign)] among them, and I will send away those that escape of them unto the Goyim, to Tarshish, Pul, and Lud [(that draw the bow)], to Tuval, and Yavan, to the isles afar off, that have not heard My fame, neither have seen My kavod; and they shall declare My kavod among the Goyim.
