JER 31:39

39 And the whole valley [of Hinnom] of the pegarim [(corpses)], and of the deshen [(ashes)], and all the fields unto the brook of Kidron, unto the corner of the Sha'ar HaSusim [(Horse Gate)] to the east, shall be kodesh unto Hashem; it shall not be uprooted, nor destroyed any more l'olam.
