JER 49:30

30 Flee, get you far off, dwell in the depths, O ye inhabitants of Chatzor, saith Hashem; for Nevukhadretzar Melech Bavel hath plotted an etzah [(plot, plan, counsel)] against you, and hath conceived a plan against you.
