JER 49:32

32 And their gemalim [(camels)] shall be for plunder, and the multitude of their mikneh [(herds)] a plunder; and I will scatter unto kol ruach [(all winds)] them that cut off the [hair] corners; and I will bring their calamity from all sides thereof,
