SIR 45:15

15 Moses filled his hands, that is, made sacred, and anointed him with holy oil. It was made to him into everlasting testament, and to his seed as the days of heaven, to use [[the office of]] priesthood, and to have praising, that is, to have the office to praise God, and to glorify his people in his name.
