ISA 60:2

2 For lo! darknesses shall cover the earth, and mist shall cover peoples; but the Lord shall rise [[up]] on thee, and his glory shall be seen in thee. (For behold! darkness shall cover the earth, and mist (shall cover) the nations; but the Lord shall shine upon thee, and his glory shall be seen upon thee.)
