JER 51:64

64 and thou shalt say, So Babylon shall be drowned, and it shall not rise from the face of torment, which I (shall) bring [[up]] on it, and it shall be destroyed. Hitherto be the words of Jeremy (or Heretofore be the words of Jeremiah).
