15 he offered it, and drew up [[the]] blood; [[and]] when the finger was dipped in the blood thereof, he touched the corners of the altar by compass (or he touched the horns all around the altar); (and) when the altar was cleansed and hallowed, Moses poured (out) the blood that was left at the altar’s foot, (or at its base).
