SIR 45:15

15 Moses filled his hands, that is, (made him) sacred (or consecrated himx), and anointed him with holy oil. It was made to him into (an) ever-lasting testament, and to his seed as the days of heaven, to use [[the office of]] priesthood, and to have praising, that is, to have the office to praise God, and to glorify his people in his name.
