15 God sent an angel to Jerusalem to wipe it out, but as the angel was about to strike, Yahweh saw it and called off the whole disaster, telling the angel, "That's enough—pull back your hand." Yahweh's angel was chilling right by the threshing floor of Ornan the Jebusite.
