18 Joash, the king of Israel, sent a message to Amaziah, the king of Judah: "A humble thistle in Lebanon tried to flex on the mighty cedar in Lebanon, telling it, 'Hand over your daughter to my son as his wife.' But then a wild beast from Lebanon rolled through and crushed that thistle flat.
