23 Joash, the king of Israel, grabbed Amaziah, king of Judah—son of Joash, son of Jehoahaz—at Beth Shemesh, dragged him all the way to Jerusalem, and tore down four hundred cubits of the city wall, from the Ephraim Gate straight to the corner gate.
