2CH 36:23

23 Cyrus king of Persia says, "Yahweh, the God of heaven, has handed over every kingdom on earth to me; he told me to build him a temple in Jerusalem, Judah. Anyone from his people among you—may Yahweh their God be with them—let them go up."
