23 Once all the squad leaders and their crews heard that the Babylonian king had made Gedaliah governor, they headed to Mizpah to meet him—specifically Ishmael son of Nethaniah, Johanan son of Kareah, Seraiah the Netophathite son of Tanhumeth, and Jaazaniah the Maacathite, along with their teams.
