EZE 36:4

4 So, you mountains of Israel, hear the word of the Lord Yahweh: The Lord Yahweh says to the mountains and hills, the streams and valleys, the empty wastelands and the abandoned cities that've been tossed around as prey and a punchline by all the nations circling you.
