EZR 3:8

8 In the second year of their arrival at God's house in Jerusalem, during the second month, Zerubbabel son of Shealtiel, Jeshua son of Jozadak, and the rest of their priestly and Levite brothers, plus everyone who returned from exile to Jerusalem, kicked off the project and put Levites aged twenty and up in charge of overseeing the work of Yahweh's house.
