ISA 49:7

7 Yahweh, the Redeemer of Israel, and his Holy One, says to the one everyone despises, the one nations hate, the servant of rulers: "Kings will see and stand up, princes, and they'll bow down because of Yahweh who is faithful, even the Holy One of Israel, who picked you."
