JER 34:17

17 So Yahweh says: "You didn't listen to me and free everyone to let their brother and neighbor go, so now I'm declaring a freedom to you"—says Yahweh—"freedom to the sword, to plague, and to famine. I'll have you tossed around all the kingdoms of the earth.
