15 Then Johanan, son of Kareah, pulled Gedaliah aside in Mizpah and whispered, "Let me go kill Ishmael, son of Nethaniah, and nobody'll ever know. Why let him take you out when it'll scatter all the Jews who've gathered to you and wipe out the rest of Judah?"
