JER 46:10

10 That day belongs to the Lord, Yahweh of Armies—a day of payback so he can settle scores with his enemies. The sword's gonna devour and get full, chugging its fill of their blood; because the Lord, Yahweh of Armies, has a sacrifice lined up in the north country by the Euphrates.
