NEH 9:17

17 And they refused to obey, totally ignoring the wild stuff you did for them, but stiffened their necks and in their rebellion picked a leader to take them back into slavery. But you are a God ready to pardon, gracious and merciful, slow to anger, and overflowing with love, and you didn't abandon them.
