9 So as I live, says Yahweh of Armies, the God of Israel, Moab's gonna end up just like Sodom and Ammon's kids like Gomorrah—a total wasteland of nettles and salt pits, forever abandoned; my people will loot them, and the survivors of my nation will take over their land.
