30 Then King Artaxerxes got his letters read, Rathumus, Samellius the scribe, and the rest of the crew rushed to Jerusalem with cavalry and a whole army lined up to block the builders, so the temple work in Jerusalem stalled until the second year of King Darius of Persia.
