2CH 36:23

23 Cyrus king of Persia says, 'Yahweh, the God of heaven, has handed every kingdom on earth to me, and He ordered me to build Him a house in Jerusalem, Judah. Whoever's left of His people, may Yahweh his God be with them, and let them go up.'
