ISA 49:7

7 Yahweh, the Redeemer of Israel, and his Holy One, says to the one everyone despises, the nation abhors, the servant of rulers: "Kings will see and stand up, princes, and they'll bow down because of Yahweh who's faithful, even the Holy One of Israel who chose you."
