JER 34:17

17 So Yahweh says: "You didn't listen to me when I called for freedom—letting every man free his brother, every man his neighbor. Now watch me declare freedom for you: freedom to the sword, freedom to the plague, freedom to the famine. I'll toss you back and forth among all the kingdoms of the earth.
