JER 46:10

10 For that day belongs to the Lord, Yahweh of Armies, a day of vengeance to settle things with his enemies. The sword will devour and get its fill, drinking deep of their blood, because the Lord, Yahweh of Armies, has a sacrifice lined up in the north country by the river Euphrates.
