Where are my highlights, notes, and prayers stored? On your device. If you enable iCloud sync, they sync using your private iCloud database.
Do I need an account? No. Orison does not require sign-in.
Where is support info in the app? Open Settings → About to find the support email and a privacy summary.
What is Shepard? Shepard is Orison’s on-device study guide that can explain passages, summarize, and provide context with citations. Shepard never replaces Scripture.
