By using Bible Brite, you agree to these terms.

Bible Brite provides access to public-domain or permissive Scripture texts. Verse explanations and chat are generated and may contain mistakes or omissions. Do not rely on generated output as canonical Scripture. Always refer to the canonical text shown.

Use Bible Brite for personal, non-commercial purposes unless we agree otherwise in writing.

You may not reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the app, or use it in a way that harms others or violates law.

Reading, translations, notes, highlights, Read Aloud, and basic passage explanations are free. Interactive study with Shepherd requires an active subscription and is subject to usage limits. New subscriptions are billed immediately, with no free trial. Apple handles billing. The app shows the current price and renewal terms before purchase. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

Bible Brite uses Apple’s standard Terms of Use (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

We may modify or discontinue features at any time. We will try to keep the app reliable, but it may be unavailable from time to time.

Bible Brite is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and limit liability for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, and for lost profits or data.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of the app or violation of these terms.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue in effect.
